I don’t normally write reviews. But, the owner and instructors are so wonderful, I’m doing it for them. I am one of the few women that trains at the gym. I am in my 40’s and have three young children that train at the gym as well. As a Mom and middle aged woman training Jiu Jitsu can be really intimidating. But, not with these guys. Everyone at the gym is so welcoming and supportive. They make me feel like part of the family, teasing included. The instructors are world class and so patient with my children and I. Plus, I can’t say enough about the owner. He is a genuinely good guy that wants all his members to have great experience. So, if you are new to Jiu Jitsu or just looking for a new training family come try ZR Hope Mills. You will not be disappointed.
